Hannah Formentera is as much a seaside restaurant as a boutique hotel. Only 18 rooms, most with a terrace or balcony facing the sea, a vintage-sourced interior, floral wallpaper and retro furniture: it feels more like a stylish friend’s house than a big hotel.
Where is Hannah Formentera?
The hotel is on Es Arenals beach, at km 11 of the La Mola road, at the eastern end of Migjorn beach. The sand is 50 m away, and Riu Palace La Mola and Dunas de Formentera are close by. La Savina port is 13 km away: a car or scooter is still useful to explore the island.

The restaurant
The menu is all about the produce: rockfish, lobster and seafood caught the traditional way aboard the llaüt La Maja. In the kitchen is chef Alberto Pacheco, trained under Rafa Zafra (Estimar).

Getting there
Fly to Ibiza, then take the ferry to La Savina (about 30 minutes on the fast ferry).
