Coworking in Ibiza: the 7 spaces open to visitors, prices and tips

Télétravail sur ordinateur portable face au jardin de theHUB, coworking à Jesús, Ibiza

Key points

  • Ibiza has 7 coworking spaces open to visitors: 4 in Ibiza Town, 1 in Jesús, 1 in Santa Eulària and 1 in Sant Antoni. None in the north or in Sant Josep.
  • Day pass: from €30 (Sant Antoni, VAT included) to €50 (theHUB). A shared desk costs from €120 excluding VAT to €450 a month depending on the space.
  • Formentera has no coworking for travellers: its only shared space, which is public, is reserved for local businesses by application.
  • For a working week without a car, aim for Ibiza Town or Santa Eulària: several spaces, frequent buses, beach on foot.

A computer, a connection that holds up on video calls and the sea 10 minutes away: that is all you ask of a coworking space on the island. The problem is that half the lists going around recycle closed addresses or 2019 prices. The 7 spaces below were checked one by one in early October 2026: address, price, hours, access conditions.

They are sorted by town, because that is the real deciding factor: in Ibiza, where you sleep decides where you work. If you have not chosen your base yet, our guide where to stay in Ibiza compares the areas.

Each marker links to the detailed entry below. The 4 Ibiza Town addresses are almost next to each other: zoom in on the capital to tell them apart.

Coworking prices in Ibiza: the 2026 comparison

Beware of quick comparisons: some spaces show prices excluding VAT, others including it. A €30 pass excluding VAT comes to €36.30 once the 21% IVA is added.

Coworking in Ibiza Town (Eivissa)

The capital has several spaces, all within a 3 km radius. It is the easiest base if you arrive without a car: the port, the bus station and the ferries to Formentera are all in the same area. On the day you shut the laptop, the crossing to Formentera leaves a few streets away (see our Ibiza-Formentera ferry guide).

From Dalt Vila, Talamanca bay: Origen Ibiza is on the opposite shore, near the marina.

Origen Ibiza, 1 minute from Talamanca beach

Origen is at Carrer de s’Illa Plana 5, on the Talamanca side, a stone’s throw from Botafoc marina. The website claims a one-minute walk to the beach: it is the point that comes up most in Google reviews (rated 4.8). Two enclosed phone booths, meeting rooms with screens, coffee and water included.

As for prices, the day pass costs €30 ex VAT (€36.30 inc VAT), cancellable free of charge up to 24 hours before. A 5-hour half day is €20 ex VAT. For a stay of two or three weeks, look at the bundles: 10 days for €230 ex VAT valid for four months, or 10 days within the month for €125 ex VAT. Fixed desks are open 8am to 8pm, flexible desks 9am to 7pm.

Sleeping nearby: Talamanca bay has hotels and apartments a 10-minute walk from the coworking space (see places to stay in Talamanca).

Ibiza Cowork Group, the easiest for a few days

At 13 Sant Cristòfol street, in the es Palmer area, right in the centre. The decor is a break from the classic office: artificial grass on the floor, wooden furniture, white walls. Prices are published openly: €40 ex VAT a day, €90 for 3 days, €120 for 5 days, €200 for 10 days. Monthly, €290 ex VAT for a table in the shared area, €375 for a private desk.

A rare detail: access is with a key, 24/7, day pass included. The house rules insist on quiet (no loud conversations), so plan to step outside for calls.

The Business Space, self-service on Ignasi Wallis

This coworking club works almost contact-free: you book online, receive a code to collect the key at the entrance and the Wi-Fi password, then return the key to a safe in the evening. The day pass costs €30, plus a €25 deposit refunded when you return the key. Allow €100 for 5 days, €150 for 10 days. Fibre connection advertised at 500 Mb.

Worth knowing before you go: the historic Vara de Rey address (no. 26) is closed for works, day passes are collected at 21 Avenida Ignasi Wallis. The team does not work at weekends and asks you to confirm last-minute bookings by WhatsApp.

Business Point Ibiza, for a month or more

On the 6th floor of the Companies Registry building (Avinguda d’Ignasi Wallis 31), 400 m² of offices. No day pass advertised: the offer is aimed at people who stay. A shared booth costs €120 ex VAT a month, the lowest price on the island for a monthly desk in town. Private offices from €700 ex VAT, a meeting room for up to 50 people at €120 ex VAT a day, a business address for €50 ex VAT.

Jesús: theHUB, the campus in the hills

theHUB. Ibiza

theHUB occupies a group of buildings with gardens and terraces in the Ca na Palava business area (Carrer del Pedrer 4), about 5 km north of the centre of Ibiza, in the municipality of Santa Eulària. Besides the offices: a music and podcast studio, call booths, kitchens and showers for members.

It is the most expensive on the island and owns it. €50 a day, €25 a half day, €150 for 5 days, €450 a month. A season pass at €1,500 completes the offer. A “Work + Wellbeing” pass at €75 adds the wellness programme. Annual membership is by application: the team selects its members. Open Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. The website itself calls the location “temporary”: confirm the address before going.

Without a car or scooter, access quickly gets awkward: the area is not designed to be reached on foot from town. Our guide to getting around Ibiza with or without a car details the options.

Coworking in Santa Eulària des Riu

The island’s second town, Santa Eulària is lively all year round, which changes everything out of season: restaurants open, a seafront promenade, direct buses to Ibiza Town. The hippie market at Punta Arabí in Es Canar is 5 km away, on Wednesdays in season.

The Santa Eulària coast from the sea: the town stretches along a long promenade.

Coworking Santa Eulalia

Set in a renovated historic building on Sant Josep street, right in the centre, this space bets on peace and quiet. Its meeting rooms take groups of 25 to 30 people, with a projector and sound system, which also makes it a venue for a team seminar. On site: private offices, fixed and shared desks, a soundproofed room for video calls, a café and a chill-out corner.

The official website does not publish its prices. The Workin.space platform lists a shared desk at €36 ex VAT a day, with one month’s notice and a one-month deposit for monthly plans. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 7pm. The safest is to call +34 648 984 044 before you come. To sleep within walking distance: places to stay in Santa Eulària.

Coworking in Sant Antoni de Portmany (San Antonio)

Sant Antoni has a reputation as a party town. It is true in summer in the West End, much less so in the residential streets around the bay. And at 7pm, when you close the laptop, you are in the best place on the island to watch the sunset.

Coworking San Antonio

Calle Cervantes 48B, one minute from the beach, open all year with free parking outside the door. It is the cheapest day pass on the island: €15 for a 4-hour half day, €30 a day, €200 a month for a flexible desk, €270 for a fixed desk (€340 with 24/7 access). Books of 10 days at €250 are valid for three months.

Two rules to know, updated in August 2026: access is only guaranteed with a booking; arrival is only between 9am and 12pm. No turning up at 2pm after the beach. The four private offices (1 to 2 people) are fully booked. Call booths, kitchen and showers on site. To sleep in the area: places to stay in Sant Antoni.

North Ibiza, Sant Josep and Formentera: the areas without coworking

We looked in Sant Joan de Labritja, Portinatx, Sant Josep and Sant Jordi: no coworking space open to visitors is active there in October 2026. If you are staying in a finca in the north, the solution is a good connection where you stay (ask the host for a speed test before booking) or a 30 to 40-minute drive to Santa Eulària.

In Es Canar, the Outsite coliving for remote workers has 25 rooms with a shared workspace designed for its residents: an option if you want to live and work in the same place.

Église fortifiée de Sant Francesc Xavier
Sant Francesc Xavier, Formentera’s capital, home to the island’s only shared workspace.

Formentera has just one shared space: the Espai Empresarial of Formentera Impulsa, run by the island council in the Casal d’Entitats in Sant Francesc. Six desks at €60 a month, open 8am to 8pm. Access is through an application process reserved for entrepreneurs and micro-businesses (Spanish tax and social security registration required): it is not an option for a traveller.

To work a few hours here and there, the simplest is still your hotel: a quiet terrace or lounge is enough to answer emails or take a video call. Two questions to ask before booking: does the Wi-Fi cover the rooms too, not just reception? Is there a corner where you can work during the day without disturbing other guests? Our Formentera hotel guide helps you choose. For a real office day, with a call booth and a big screen, a round trip by ferry to a coworking space in Ibiza Town is still doable.

Which coworking space to choose in Ibiza for your stay

I have not worked in these spaces: this ranking comes from comparing their published conditions, not from testing them on site. With that caveat, here is how I would decide.

  • One or two working days in the middle of a holiday: Origen in Ibiza Town, for the beach on your doorstep and free cancellation up to 24 hours before.
  • A week without a car: Ibiza Cowork Group (5 days for €120 ex VAT, 24/7 key) or The Business Space (5 days for €100).
  • A month or more on a tight budget: Coworking San Antonio at €200 inc VAT, or Business Point at €120 ex VAT if you are staying in town.
  • A team seminar: Coworking Santa Eulalia and its rooms for 25 to 30 people.
  • Networking and events: theHUB, if the price and the car do not put you off.

One last criterion the lists forget: none of these spaces opens to visitors at weekends, except with a key or a 24/7 subscription. If you want to stay reachable in season, check the dates too: our page when to go to Ibiza helps you avoid the weeks when accommodation prices soar.

Ibiza coworking FAQ

How much does a day of coworking cost in Ibiza?

Between €30 and €50 in 2026. The cheapest is Coworking San Antonio (€30 inc VAT), followed by Origen and The Business Space (€30 ex VAT, i.e. €36.30 inc VAT). Ibiza Cowork Group charges €40 ex VAT and theHUB €50. Several spaces sell books of 5 or 10 days that bring the daily price down to €20-25.

Is there a coworking space in Sant Antoni (San Antonio)?

Yes, Coworking San Antonio, Calle Cervantes 48B, open all year Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm. You need to book and arrive between 9am and 12pm. A month with a flexible desk costs €200 inc VAT. For your evenings there, our selection of sunset spots starts a few streets away.

Can you work in a coworking space in Formentera?

Not as a traveller. The island’s only shared space, the Espai Empresarial of Formentera Impulsa in Sant Francesc, is allocated by application to businesses registered in Spain. For a few hours of work, your hotel is often enough: check before booking that the Wi-Fi covers the rooms. For a full day, take the morning ferry to Ibiza Town (30 to 45-minute crossing) and work at Origen, Ibiza Cowork Group or The Business Space.

Are Ibiza’s coworking spaces open in winter?

These spaces are used by year-round residents, not just seasonal workers. Coworking San Antonio says so explicitly (“open all year round”); for the others, check end-of-year closures before booking. Ibiza Town and Santa Eulària are also the two towns where restaurants and shops stay open in winter. To choose your area, see where to stay in Ibiza.

Do you need a visa to work remotely from Ibiza?

EU citizens can stay and work remotely in Spain freely. Since Brexit, UK travellers can stay in the Schengen area for up to 90 days in any 180-day period as visitors; for longer stays while working for a foreign employer or clients, Spain created a digital nomad visa through Startups Law 28/2022. Check the conditions with the Spanish consulate in your country.

Which Ibiza coworking space is closest to the beach?

Origen Ibiza, a one-minute walk from Talamanca beach. Coworking San Antonio, also one minute from the sea in Sant Antoni bay. The other Ibiza Town spaces are a 10 to 15-minute walk from the seafront.

Data last checked: 3 October 2026. Spaces often change their prices at the start of the season: a message before you go avoids nasty surprises.
