Single or double kayak, paddle, life jacket and safety briefing: you set off straight from Ses Illetes beach, at Whitesand Surf. The water is calm and shallow near the shore, ideal for following the coast at your own pace.
The keenest can paddle to Espalmador in about twenty minutes, and pull the kayak up on one of its beaches with no motorboat.

Who it is for, and who it is not for
Who it is for: families, couples, beginners who want an hour on the water with no commitment. Less suited if the wind picks up: the crossing to Espalmador then becomes tiring, so stay close to the shore.
If you prefer a guide and seeing the seabed, the snorkelling trip with a marine biologist leaves from the same beach.
